Returns & Exchanges

At LINDA FARROW, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury eyewear; therefore, we offer a 14-day window from the date of delivery to return or exchange your order. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all protective packaging and security tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Eyewear

  Securely place the eyewear inside its original LINDA FARROW branded box, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and cleaning cloths are included.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our specialists have inspected the returned items to ensure they meet our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
